Key Requirements:
- Age: 28-35 years.
- Experience: 5-8 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in construction materials/products.
- Skills:
- Proven sales track record and relationship-building.
- Marketing strategy and digital outreach expertise.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership.
- Education: Graduation ( BBA/MBA preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and client engagement.
- Develop marketing campaigns for construction products.
- Build partnerships, manage distributors, and expand market reach.
- Monitor trends, analyze sales data, and optimize strategies.
