Asst. Manager

As a Vibration Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting vibration complaints related to centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, motors, and other rotating machinery at customer sites in India, global sites, and interplant sites. Your duties will include: - Visiting client sites as necessary to collect data, perform vibration analysis, and provide actionable insights for resolving vibration-related issues. - Collecting vibration data using various tools and interpreting vibration plots such as time-domain, frequency-domain, Phase analysis, bump test, bode plot, orbit plot, polar plot, shaft centerline plot, full/half spectrum plot, and waterfall plot. - Conducting root cause analysis on vibration data from different customer sites to identify underlying issues and proposing solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance. - Performing single plane and two-plane in-situ balancing of rotating machinery on-site to correct shaft imbalance and minimize vibration. - Creating detailed technical reports and presenting findings to clients and management, along with recommendations for corrective actions. - Documenting case studies for each vibration troubleshooting case after thorough analysis and resolution.
