Asst. Manager

You will be responsible for troubleshooting both contact and non-contact vibration complaints related to centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, motors, and other rotating machinery from customer sites across India or global sites and interplant sites. As part of this role, you will conduct on-site visits to client sites as required to perform data collection, vibration analysis, and provide actionable insights for resolving vibration-related issues. Your main tasks will include collecting vibration data using vibration analysis tools, interpreting vibration plots such as time-domain, frequency-domain, phase analysis, bump test, bode plot, orbit plot, polar plot, shaft centerline plot, full/half spectrum plot, and waterfall plot, and diagnosing underlying issues based on the collected data. You will also be expected to conduct root cause analysis on vibration data received from various customer sites to identify the source of vibration issues and offer effective solutions for enhancing equipment reliability and performance. In addition, you will be responsible for performing single plane and two-plane in-situ balancing of rotating machinery on-site to correct shaft imbalance and reduce vibration. As part of your role, you will be required to prepare detailed technical reports summarizing your findings and communicate them to clients and the management team. These reports should include recommendations for corrective actions to address the identified vibration issues. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting case studies for each vibration troubleshooting case after analysis and resolution. Overall, your role will involve being hands-on in troubleshooting vibration-related issues, conducting in-depth analysis, providing actionable insights, and implementing solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance.,
