Responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning content based on Training Need Analysis (TNA). The role involves creating course structures, learning activities, assessments, and storyboards; collaborating with subject matter experts; managing content quality; and ensuring alignment with best practices in instructional design and digital learning.
Skill Required
· Design High level Design Document for course using learning technologies.
· Designs learning activities, and assessments.
· Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
· Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
· Manages online development queries.
· Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.
· Writes scripts for video content.
· Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
· 3-10 years of experience
· Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
· Understanding of web site design best practices
