Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Housekeeping, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager-Housekeeping will oversee and manage housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, supervising staff, maintaining laundry services, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities also include staff training, hiring, and ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to manage and guide housekeeping staff effectively
• Knowledge and experience with laundry management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in hiring and training housekeeping team members
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Previous experience in hospitality or facilities management is preferred
• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
