As an EHS professional at V-Guard, your role involves preparing and implementing EHS standards to obtain ISO certifications like ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 across all V-Guard operations, including manufacturing, corporate office, and warehouse. You will also be responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives, conducting audits, assessments, and training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare EHS manual (EHSM) in coordination with Unit level Management Representatives. - Develop and monitor the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Conduct EHSMS audits. - Develop safe work procedures for contract workers and ensure effective implementation. - Formulate, implement, review, and update Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management systems to achieve EHS policy objectives. - Prepare and update on-site emergency plans, coordinate mock drills, and rehearsals. - Manage MIS reporting. - Establish EHS Management systems in all manufacturing locations and warehouse operations. - Coordinate with certification bodies for surveillance and re-certification audits. - Conduct training programs for functional heads on EHS Management systems. - Conduct periodic internal audits at all manufacturing locations. - Ensure resolution of audit non-conformities and observations from various agencies. - Organize EHS events at the corporate office, such as Safety Day and World Environment Day celebrations. - Coordinate with Corporate office Management Representative. - Implement EHS initiatives at the corporate office. - Collaborate with Unit Management Representative for EMS & OHSMS requirements implementation. - Prepare BRSR reports and collect data from various locations. - Conduct training programs at all Units. - Develop V-Guard protocols, standards, procedures, and monitor their effectiveness. - Create training videos, conduct toolbox talks, and organize events at the corporate level to promote EHS culture. Qualifications and Requirements: - Graduation in Engineering and Industrial Safety from a reputed institute. - Lead auditor certification in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. - 8 to 12 years of experience in Environment Health & Safety from reputable organizations. - Age between 35 to 40. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
