E-commerce Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Management:

  Own and manage the day-to-day operations of all Caraltock e-commerce channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce). Ensure all product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and optimized.

• Sales & Conversion Optimization:

  Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales funnel data, and user behavior to identify and implement strategies that increase conversion rates (CRO) and average order value (AOV).

• Marketing Coordination:

  Act as the primary sales-side contact for the Chennai-based Marketing team. Collaborate on the planning, execution, and tracking of digital ad campaigns (PPC, SEO, Social Media) to ensure a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Order Fulfillment & Logistics:

  Manage the end-to-end online order process, from order receipt to successful fulfillment. Coordinate with the production/logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely shipping.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Track, analyze, and report on all key e-commerce KPIs (e.g., daily revenue, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, cart abandonment rate) to the Sales Manager.

• Online Customer Experience:

  Monitor online customer feedback and work with the customer service team to resolve any e-commerce-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in any field.
• Proven, hands-on experience in an e-commerce role, with a track record of growing online sales.
• Direct experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media) and how they drive sales.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• At least working knowledge in design tools such as Photoshop, PremierPro, Illustrator or similar is an added advantage.A data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating between sales, marketing, and production teams.
