Asst. Manager - CSR Partnerships

Role Overview: As the Assistant Manager Partnerships, your role will involve engaging with corporates, athletes, sports teams, and sports enthusiasts to establish and maintain revenue-generating partnerships for the organization. You will be responsible for sustaining existing partnerships and creating new ones. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end CSR life-cycle for select key accounts, including handling reporting, compliances, social media, and renewals. - Actively engage with new corporate funders by making pitches and bringing them on board. - Create customized proposals aligned with the partnership structure and available opportunities in coordination with program teams, finance team, and technical director. - Serve as a single point of contact for external teams & athletes interested in utilizing the IIS Vijayanagar facility for training camps, sports science testing, and injury rehab. - Ensure seamless execution of all events at IIS by closely coordinating with every department within the organization. - Drive the implementation of the IIS Patrons Club, including outreach to potential members, building relationships, and converting them into donors. - Manage external stakeholder visits to IIS, aiming to convert them into individual donors or CSR donors. - Organize boot camps for individuals/groups at IIS to eventually convert them into donors. Qualifications Required: - Collaborative and ability to work effectively with teams across various functions. - Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Adaptability, quick learner with a strategic mindset. - Keen interest in sports, particularly Olympic Sports. - Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with HNIs, Corporate Heads, vendors, and field staff.
