Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager / Business Development Manager in Sales Outdoor, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and developing new business with new customers. You will establish contact with potential V-A and B-customers, converting them into buying customers using the Sales Manual. Your role will involve making Logwin known in the respective local market, highlighting specific strengths in Air and Ocean freight. Additionally, you will be accountable for generating business and revenue across all company services including CHA, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. Your key focus will be on understanding customer requirements, negotiating, providing quotations, finalizing contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in sales, business development, customer retention, and customer service.
