Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager / Business Development Manager in Sales Outdoor, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and developing new business with new customers. You will establish contact with potential V-A and B-customers, converting them into buying customers using the Sales Manual. Your role will involve making Logwin known in the respective local market, highlighting specific strengths in Air and Ocean freight. Additionally, you will be accountable for generating business and revenue across all company services including CHA, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. Your key focus will be on understanding customer requirements, negotiating, providing quotations, finalizing contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in sales, business development, customer retention, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business by acquiring customers and establishing relationships with potential V-A and B-customers - Promote Logwin in the local market and emphasize strengths in Air and Ocean freight - Generate business and revenue for the company's services including CHA, Air Freight, and Sea Freight - Understand customer requirements, negotiate deals, provide quotations, and finalize contracts - Handle sales activities, branch development, and customer retention - Manage the entire sales process from identifying customers to closing deals and achieving targets - Meet existing customers, develop new customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for information and details - Achieve defined targets and contribute to revenue building - Utilize experience in Freight Forwarding Sales, International Marketing, and Export-Import Logistics Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Go-getter attitude (Note: No additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description.)
