As an Assistant Manager / Business Development Manager - Sales (Outdoor) in our company, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue by acquiring new customers, enhancing market presence, and managing client relationships in the field of freight forwarding. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in this industry, you will play a crucial role in expanding our services and establishing a strong foothold in the market. Your main responsibilities will include developing and securing new business opportunities, highlighting our strengths in Air and Ocean freight, driving revenue generation across all services, understanding customer requirements, handling negotiations, providing quotations, finalizing contracts, managing the entire sales process, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention, and collaborating closely with internal teams for smooth operations. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Your proven track record in freight forwarding sales, international marketing, and export-import logistics will be essential in meeting and exceeding defined sales targets, contributing to revenue building, and driving business development efforts for both new and existing customers. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Delhi and Gurgaon, where you will be eligible for benefits such as Provident Fund, day shift, fixed shift, performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a total of 5 years of work experience, including 4 years in business development, freight forwarding, transportation management, and warehouse management. Proficiency in English is also preferred for this role.
