  inalisation of Accounts, Payable, Receivable, Direct and Indirect Tax

• SAP/ ERP is a must

• Handled consolidation and exposure of IND-AS.

• Conducting Income Tax Audits, MVAT Audits, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Finalizing clients' books
• Of accounts, attending scrutiny, assessments & appeals on behalf of clients, Advisory services to clients etc.
• Taking care of complete accounting, Finance, Taxation & other compliance. Liaison with bankers for various credit facilities viz, OD, CC, PCFC etc., negotiating rates on renewal of the facilities, negotiation forex rates for inward & outward remittances.
• Monitoring a team of 5. Preparing & presenting monthly profit & loss statements for different verticals within the organization.
• Conducting Income Tax Audits, GST Audits, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, finalizing clients books of accounts, attending scrutiny, assessments & appeals on behalf of clients, Advisory services to clients etc.
• Handling complete accounting and finance of the organization, Monthly TDS workings, Managing Accounts receivables and Payables, preparing monthly branch wise profit and loss analysis, preparing monthly Financial MIS and publishing to the management, Accounts Payables, Accounts receivables
