Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - HR & IR, located in Raghunathpur. The Assistant General Manager will handle tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing HR management and human resource development. The role involves addressing day-to-day HR-related issues, maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive employer-employee relationship.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Human Resource Development skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Raghunathpur
• Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
