Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Service Captain to lead and oversee restaurant service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong team leadership, and an understanding of guest expectations in a premium resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant and in-room dining operations
• Coordinate and guide service staff during meal periods
• Ensure excellent guest service, attention to detail, and prompt responses
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards across all service areas
• Take food and beverage orders and manage guest feedback efficiently
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth order execution
• Handle billing and ensure accurate POS entries
• Conduct briefings and basic training for service team members
• Manage inventory and requisitions for F&B consumables

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a captain or senior steward in a hotel or resort
• Sound knowledge of F&B service standards, menu presentation, and hygiene protocols
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Pleasant personality with excellent guest handling skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable working in forest surroundings and are excited about a lifestyle in Wayanad’s lush hills
