Drive team-level sales and profitability across financial products including broking, mutual funds,
life & health insurance, cards, and loans.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of part-time salaried Financial Product Distributors (on vendor
payroll). Ensure their training, productivity, and performance are aligned with company goals.
Expand UHNI and corporate customer base. Foster local area programs, referral models, and
client retention strategies.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensure smooth backend functioning, and manage distributor-
level reporting and escalations.
Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance norms; monitor CIBIL scores, documentation,
and grievance redressal.
Scan local competition and consumer demand trends. Engage in innovative planning to align
with evolving market dynamics.
