Job Description

Associate Vice President / Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of .NET-based application projects
  • Lead and mentor development teams
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and solution oversight
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Manage timelines, risks, and delivery quality

Required Experience

  • 8–10+ years in software development with strong .NET / C# experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of ASP.NET / .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server
  • Proven experience managing teams and client engagements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Azure / Cloud exposure
  • Agile / Scrum experience
  • IT services or offshore delivery background
