Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive based in Mumbai to manage and coordinate OPD (Outpatient Department) and AHC (Annual Health Checkup) bookings for corporate sponsors and VIP clients
This role involves end-to-end coordination, client servicing, and on-ground support through hospital or diagnostic center visits as per operational requirements to ensure a smooth, premium healthcare experience for high-value clients
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage OPD and AHC bookings for VIP clients and corporate sponsors
Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments
Provide on-site support at hospitals or health centers, as required, to assist VIP clients and ensure smooth execution of services
Act as a single point of contact for VIP clients, managing queries, rescheduling, and escalations
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all appointments, visits, and client communications
Work closely with internal teams (Customer Support, Account Management, Tech) to resolve issues and enhance client experience
Ensure high service quality and adherence to Visit Health s standards and SLAs
Professionally represent Visit Health during in-person visits and client interactions
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Tech, Hospitality, or Business preferred)
3+ years of experience in operations, healthcare coordination, or client servicing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for hospital/clinic visits as per business needs
Proficient with CRM systems and scheduling tools
Fluent in English and local languages (Marathi/Hindi preferred)
