Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering solutions promptly. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints effectively. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment (blended process preferred). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S.). Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in airline processes, international processes, and customer support services. 24/7 Rotational Shift Including Night Shift. 5 Days from Office and 2 Rotational week off
