Job Description

Job Title:

Senior Executive / Quality Auditor / Team Leader PB & HB Billing (US Medical Billing – Non-Voice Process)

Company:

Location:

Sanali Spazio, Ground Floor, Madhapur, Beside Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad

Shift:

Night Shift (US Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)

Department:

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) – Charge Entry & Billing

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
non-voice charge entry, billing, and claim submission
with accuracy.
Validate
CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
as per payer guidelines.
Ensure
timely and clean claim submission
for quick reimbursements.
Identify and correct billing errors, denials, and rejections.
Conduct
quality audits
and support process improvements.
Maintain
HIPAA compliance
and meet daily productivity & accuracy targets.

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience
in
US Medical Billing (Non-Voice Process)
.
Hands-on experience in
EPIC, Athena, NextGen, or ECW
.
Good knowledge of
payer-specific rules (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, UHC, etc.)
.
Excellent
analytical, attention-to-detail, and communication
skills.

Preferred Experience:

Multi-specialty or high-volume billing background.
QA or Team Lead experience is an advantage.
