Description
This position is for an experienced Developer who will perform Development activities in Adobe platform. You should have strong system analysis skills and a solid background in developing digital content. Your day-to-day tasks will include requirement and specification analysis, developing digital content, validating & deploying the developed piece of code in an appropriate environment, as well as providing status reports. You will utilize and help improve our delivery processes. It is essential to ensure that all activities performed are properly documented and reflect the best practices. You will contribute to our overall development plans, coordinate and perform required activities to ensure that the milestones are defined and delivered as per the schedule. This includes the overall development strategy and procedures necessary to validate the applications. Responsibilities: - Create, edit, and publish content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Leverage AEM functionality such as components, templates, and workflows to streamline content creation and publishing processes. - Work with marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to align content creation with overall strategies. - Perform quality control checks on authored content and remediate issues. - Troubleshoot defects and lead efforts to proactively identify and resolve content issues, maintaining a seamless user experience. - Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years of equivalent work experience. - Proven experience (at least 2 years) as an AEM Content Author or similar role using Adobe Experience Manager and its authoring tools. - Advanced knowledge of AEM best practices such as page property configuration and version control. - Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Basic knowledge of UI/UX processes and working experience with creative and design teams. - Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a creative thinker. - Resourceful problem-solver comfortable with new technologies and concepts. - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - creative skills to guide the design. - Superb organizational skills and attention to detail, process-oriented. - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities, a plus. - Good understanding of Financial Services products and the industry, a plus.
