This position is for an experienced Developer who will perform Development activities in Adobe platform. You should have strong system analysis skills and a solid background in developing digital content. Your day-to-day tasks will include requirement and specification analysis, developing digital content, validating & deploying the developed piece of code in an appropriate environment, as well as providing status reports. You will utilize and help improve our delivery processes. It is essential to ensure that all activities performed are properly documented and reflect the best practices. You will contribute to our overall development plans, coordinate and perform required activities to ensure that the milestones are defined and delivered as per the schedule. This includes the overall development strategy and procedures necessary to validate the applications. Responsibilities: - Create, edit, and publish content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Leverage AEM functionality such as components, templates, and workflows to streamline content creation and publishing processes. - Work with marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to align content creation with overall strategies. - Perform quality control checks on authored content and remediate issues. - Troubleshoot defects and lead efforts to proactively identify and resolve content issues, maintaining a seamless user experience. - Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years of equivalent work experience. - Proven experience (at least 2 years) as an AEM Content Author or similar role using Adobe Experience Manager and its authoring tools. - Advanced knowledge of AEM best practices such as page property configuration and version control. - Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Basic knowledge of UI/UX processes and working experience with creative and design teams. - Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a creative thinker. - Resourceful problem-solver comfortable with new technologies and concepts. - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - creative skills to guide the design. - Superb organizational skills and attention to detail, process-oriented. - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities, a plus. - Good understanding of Financial Services products and the industry, a plus. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for re-testing fixes for defects and maintaining up-to-date test cases following requirement changes. You will collaborate with relevant team members to prepare and execute tests, manage test data, and utilize testing tools effectively. Your role will involve planning and coordinating testing cycles, including functional-level system tests and business scenario-based testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage while minimizing redundancy. You will play a key role in issue resolution by providing initial triage for issue disposition. In addition, you will be involved in preparing test scenarios, test cases for module, integration, and system testing, as well as executing test cases, tracking defects, and analyzing specifications. Participation in daily scrums and features planning discussions will be part of your routine. You should possess strong QA and Testing Management skills within an investment bank environment, along with the ability to engage with senior IT management effectively. A deep understanding of the software testing lifecycle and a track record of successful testing projects are essential. Your responsibilities will include executing test scripts, providing daily progress reports on testing activities and identified defects. You should demonstrate an organized approach to maintaining documentation and databases, as well as the ability to interpret requirements and develop test cases accordingly.,
