As an IT Project Coordinator at B Creative Solutions in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in managing various IT and digital projects. Working closely with the senior IT project head, your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate tasks with internal teams, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Your role will involve tracking project progress, managing timelines, and reporting updates to the senior IT project head. Identifying potential risks and providing solutions to keep projects on schedule will be key to your success. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining all documentation, project reports, and status updates, as well as communicating with clients or internal departments to understand project requirements. Supporting in resource allocation and task assignments, facilitating team meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items will also be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or IT-related roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, a good understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycle, and digital tools, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in an IT services, software development, or digital marketing environment, and familiarity with UI/UX processes and IT infrastructure. This full-time position offers a salary as per industry standards, based on experience and skills. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, and work location is in person at the office in Ahmedabad.
