Associate Vice President - Software

You will be responsible for managing the overall customer relationship for a CBU or an LOB (within a CBU) at SLK. Your primary accountability will be to achieve annual revenue targets through new wins and sustaining existing business. Your role will involve building and sustaining customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, ensuring delivery excellence, managing key projects, and collaborating with internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve annual revenue targets for LOB or CBU through new wins and sustaining existing business. - Ensure customer delight by building and sustaining customer relationships and achieving CSAT survey targets. - Manage key engagement/projects, address delivery challenges, and collaborate with the offshore team. - Collaborate with the customer's sourcing team for timely Work Order/SOW sign-off and collection of invoices. - Partner with the internal recruitment team for fulfilling onsite positions and talent management. - Ensure attrition percentage is less than the prescribed value for the LOB/CBU. - Meet the required gross margins targets while onboarding new candidates.
