Key Responsibilities: - Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and drive adoption of our contract tool globally. Identify key regions and segments for expansion, leveraging market research and industry insights. - Lead Generation and Conversion: Spearhead efforts to generate leads and convert them into paying customers in new markets. Develop innovative approaches to reach potential clients and establish strong relationships to facilitate sales conversions. - Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets for new market expansion and lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding these goals. Monitor performance metrics closely, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to ensure success. - Team Leadership: Build and manage a dynamic sales team focused on global expansion. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to help them excel in their roles and contribute to the company's growth objectives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on global market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategies and adapt to evolving market conditions.Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA preferred. - Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SAAS sales on a global scale. - Demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive sales targets in diverse international markets. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders across different cultures and regions. - Strong leadership capabilities with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building and motivating high-performing teams. - Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and rapidly changing market dynamics.Competitive compensation package offered to attract top talent.
