YOUR NEW ROLE Experience in technology start up scenarios, think like a startup engineer, working in a lean way. Engineer with Java/Microservice background, who worked on optimising performance of high volume, time critical real-time systems and can help the engineering teams to optimise the performance of Microservices based solutions Understand the infrastructure landscape in multi-cloud environments and can do performance tuning preserving the resilience of design. Can translate NFR ( performance, Availability , security etc) requirements and help design solutions working with other architects and designers. Having experience of working in payments and STP applications and designed vertical and horizontal scaling solutions Have good exposure on performance testing tools and can coordinate with performance testing team and help them as needed Proven capability to analyse logging and monitoring data to identify performance issues and use relevant tools for problem-solving and troubleshooting. Knowledge and experience with Performance testing, logging, and monitoring tools, test automation in cloud. WHAT YOU WILL BRING 14+ years of technology experience. 10+ years in application performance engineering and or testing roles. Technical domain experience (e.g., SME technology or Tools) Expert in Cloud native performance Engineering. Deep understanding of Logging and analytics tools like Splunk(preferred), Datadog, Dynatrace, Logstash etc. Expert in APM tools like AppDynamics, CA APM, CloudWatch etc. Excellent understanding of microservice architecture patterns and cloud architecture aspects. Knowledge of performance testing and scripting automated performance tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter etc. Qualification Requirements Tertiary qualification in technology related degree
