Job Title : AVP Prior Authorization & Eligibility Verification

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading Prior Authorization and Eligibility Verification operations, ensuring accurate and timely authorizations, benefit checks, and payer compliance. Manages high-performing teams, improves workflows, and drives SLA, quality, and productivity performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PA & EV teams with end-to-end oversight.
• Ensure accurate prior authorizations, insurance verification, and benefit checks.
• Monitor SLAs, quality, TAT, and productivity.
• Handle payer escalations and complex cases.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and process standardization.
• Provide reporting, insights, and operational improvements.
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Healthcare experience

  , including strong PA or EV experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of payer guidelines, CPT/ICD codes, coverage rules.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
