Your role as an Associate Vice President at our company will involve strengthening our product by building and adding new features on the platform to enhance the product offerings for corporates, institutes, and students to interact. The position will be based in Gurgaon. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Utilize .Net programming to build a scalable and secure product to be used by millions of users - Design and structure code, develop modules, test, and productionalize the modules independently - Own the delivery of modules with minimal supervision - Develop product release plans in collaboration with senior team members, ensuring alignment with business needs and product strategy - Deliver product releases in rapid iterations, managing risks, dependencies, quality issues, and integration timelines - Contribute individually and manage a small team of junior resources - Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, frameworks, and best practices **Experience:** - 5+ years of experience in .Net, SQL, Java Script, and HTML - Proficient in ASP.Net programming and web development - Skilled in handling end-to-end modules and client delivery independently - Experience in managing junior team members is essential **Desired Qualifications / Traits:** - Strong business acumen and analytical skills with problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle stress and demanding business requirements with maturity - Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven - Exhibit integrity and professionalism in work The compensation offered for this role is a minimum of INR 18 LPA, depending on your experience and skills.
