Associate - UI/UX Designer

As a UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for effectively communicating design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. You will need to have a strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interactions, incorporating them into your designs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for selling your ideas effectively. Additionally, you must have a deep understanding of information design, architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology. Managing your time wisely across projects and priorities, meeting deadlines, and being accountable for your work are crucial aspects of this role. Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, typography, color, layout, and material/textures is required. Experience in working with cross-functional teams or large-scale software development lifecycles, including waterfall and agile methodologies, is beneficial. Passion for resolving user pain points through great design, openness to feedback, and a keen interest in UX and other areas of design and innovation are qualities we value. You will be expected to research and showcase knowledge of the industry's latest trends and technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating experience maps, user scenarios, mockups, and flows - Designing interactive elements for mobile or web applications - Validating ideas and designs through tests and product performance - Conceptualizing original ideas to simplify complex design challenges - Collaborating professionally with clients and internal teams - Designing user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity mockups - Executing visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering - Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards - Measuring product features to identify areas for improvement - Keeping up with UX trends and seeking inspiration from various sources - Developing interactive reporting dashboards and visualizations - Creating rapid prototypes for design validation with stakeholders and customers If you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with product managers, marketers, designers, strategists, analysts, and other stakeholders, then this role is well-suited for you.
