Associate - UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. If you are enthusiastic about creating intuitive, visually appealing designs and possess an eye for clean aesthetics, this position offers an exciting opportunity. You will collaborate with senior designers and development teams to bring ideas to fruition and enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities: - Support the design team in developing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - Assist in collecting user requirements in conjunction with product managers and developers. - Engage in user research and usability testing to gather insights and propose enhancements. - Generate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for both web and mobile applications. - Ensure compliance with design best practices and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. - Aid in preparing design assets for development and collaborate to ensure proper implementation. - Work closely with senior designers to understand and contribute to design strategies and decisions. - Stay abreast of current design trends and tools. Requirements: - 1-2 years of relevant experience with a robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Familiarity with both web and mobile design principles. - Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML/CSS is advantageous. - Experience in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools. - Certification in UI/UX Design is a plus. - Strong grasp of responsive and mobile-first design concepts. - Exceptional attention to detail and innovative thinking. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Effective time management abilities and openness to constructive feedback. Education & Experience: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Degree or B.Tech in a relevant field.,
