Responsibilities
- Support a variety of loan servicing tasks, including reviewing loan of loan documents for Insurance requirements and validating Acord forms to check for compliance with loan documents, follow up with agents and borrower on non-compliant coverages, order flood determination.
- Collection of evidence of insurance for current and upcoming policy expirations.
- Adherence to the SLA’s – Productivity, Turn-around time and accuracy.
- Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals.
- Identify opportunities to improve loan servicing process within established procedures.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers.
- Receive direction from leaders.
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Require 2+ Years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Servicing.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting.
- Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.
- Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
- Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
- Handling workload and special projects efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
