Associate Transaction Processing Consultant

You will be working with OFSS BPS, which provides 24*7 BPS services to global institutional clients from Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The team currently consists of 215+ resources handling back-office and mid-office processes for Capital Markets and Banking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Reconciliation: - Performing CASH and ASSET reconciliations. - Accessing bank websites to download data. - Formatting data into a standard template. - Reconciling data from multiple sources. - Using automated tools, MS Excel, or MS Access for reconciliation. - Identifying and analyzing differences, escalating them for resolution. - Documenting breaks during the reconciliation process. - Investigating deviations. - NAV Computation: - Calculating NAV, P&L, and Total Return for Portfolios, sectors, and positions. - Investigating NAV differences between Custodian and Investment Manager books. Qualifications required for this role: - 6 months to 24 months of experience in a captive unit, consultancy, or end-user organization is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Exposure to international capital markets (US/UK) is advantageous. - Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills. - Effective time management and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and systematic working approach. - Comfort working with high volumes of numerical data. - Willingness to work in shifts. - Good English oral & written communication skills. - Positive attitude, flexibility, self-motivation, and high energy levels. - Open to a hybrid work model with the work location in Mumbai.
