Job Description

Associate Trainer

This role involves delivering process, procedure, and systems training for multiple claim platforms and ancillary systems, aligned with organizational culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate training courses based on developed curriculum for new hires and existing team members.
Deliver training using multiple mediums classroom, webinar, and blended learning approaches.
Conduct upskilling, refresher training, and orientation sessions.
Manage learner performance and provide pre/post-training support.
Contribute to curriculum development and process updates.
Create, track, and maintain batch performance reports and databases.
Collaborate with QA and Ops teams for process calibration.
Coach and mentor new learners during OJT/ramp-up phase.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate (Bachelors degree).
5-7 years of experience in hospital billing AR (follow-ups/denials).
Strong knowledge of
US Healthcare RCM processes
.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Experience in classroom and virtual training (MS Teams).
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Shift:
Evening/Night
Work Location:
Gurugram/ Noida (Work From Office).

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience delivering training in corporate/business operations.
2-5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management services.
Familiarity with
Acute specialty, MS4, EPIC, STAR Invision, eFR, Appeal Writing
.
