Job Description

Essential duties / responsibilities :

To support training delivery for operational bookkeeping teams and progressively grow into a full-fledged trainer covering all aspects of bookkeeping and finalization. This is a role for someone with sound conceptual knowledge, excellent communication, and a flair for teaching.

Key Responsibilities -

- Assist in training sessions on invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and payroll.

- Shadow experienced trainers and co-deliver sessions.

- Create learner-friendly content, checklists, and walkthroughs.

- Upskill gradually as a trainer in end-to-end accounting and financial statement components.

- Contribute to assessments.


EDUCATION:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in accounting.

Should not be currently studying or have any future plans of studying.


EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 7 years hands-on bookkeeping experience in OR CA firm (UK accounting experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and teaching potential.

Familiarity with cloud accounting software (Xero, QB, etc.) preferred.

Preferably from Finance & accounts background

Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.

Good English Communication Skills- Written & verbal.
