Tender Management Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track tenders daily on platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
• Identify and shortlist relevant tenders aligned with the organization's capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end tender processes including:
• Document preparation and compliance verification.
• Coordination for pre-bid meetings and clarifications.
• Submission of technical and financial bids.
• Post-submission follow-ups and documentation.
• Maintain a centralized

  Tender Tracker

  with real-time status updates.
• Create and manage

  tender dashboards

  (Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI) to track performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in

  Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering

  , or any related field.
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in government tendering or procurement operations.
• Strong understanding of

  GeM

  ,

  CPPP

  , and

  State e-Procurement

  portals.
• Proficient in

  Excel

  (pivot tables, dashboards) and familiar with data tracking/reporting tools.
• Sound knowledge of

  tender documentation

  and formats NIT, RFP, BOQ, EMD, etc.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
