Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in technical issues related to Microsoft software, hardware, and services and provide the necessary technical support.
  • Understand customer queries, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Act as the first contact for resolution and provide remote troubleshooting assistance using tools like Microsoft Remote Desktop.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher when necessary and document all the interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions in the support system.
  • Adhere to all the policies and ensure performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
  • Stay informed about product updates, patches, and known issues.

Must have skills:

  • Should have experience in providing assistance for technical issues of the customers.
  • Should have experience with Microsoft tools.
