Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager (EG) to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating technical projects, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. Track project progress and performance, using appropriate tools and techniques. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration. Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in technical program management or a related field. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
