We are seeking a highly motivated and Associate Technical Consultant to join our dynamic Merchant Engineering & Solutions team. About The Role: The Associate Technical Consultant will play a key role in triaging issues reported by merchants, utilizing technical expertise to ensure timely resolution. We see technical experience as a vital component of the overall merchant journey. When we excel in our role, merchants can effortlessly accept payments from their end customers and expand their businesses on PhonePe. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strategic business understanding, and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet client requirements, adhere to regulatory standards, and align with the organizations objectives. Responsibilities: Deliver a comprehensive technical experience for merchants Take ownership and Triage issues raised by the merchant and customer success team and ensure timely resolution. Identify patterns and work with cross functional stakeholders to get them fixed Identify product & technical gaps and suggest improvements Monitor key metrics that ensure the future sustainability and quality of the technical experience. Responsible for on-time delivery and overall quality of deliverables Basic Qualifications: Background in software development in one or more programming languages, preferably PHP/Java/. Net You give attention to detail and are able to debug complex technical problems Capable of researching, diagnosing, and resolving merchant technical issues.
