Associate Technical Architect

As an associate technical architect, you will play a crucial role in leading our application development team. Your primary responsibilities will include consulting with senior managers to understand application requirements, incorporating desired functionalities into development plans, and overseeing the various stages of application development. Your expertise in application architecture will be instrumental in optimizing our business operations. You will collaborate closely with the onsite team to identify business-specific application needs and mentor junior developers while providing technical support to end-users. Designing and developing the application architecture to meet current and future needs will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will lead proof of concepts to validate critical application objectives and influence the design and development of new software products or enhancements. Your responsibilities will also involve application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration, along with documenting development processes and standards. Staying updated with the latest trends in application architecture and incorporating them into our projects will be essential. The primary requirements for this role include a minimum of 12 years of experience in designing high-end software products, proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Eureka, and Spring Security, as well as experience in service design for cloud environments using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and OpenShift. You should have a strong grasp of multi-threaded applications, RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), real-time analytics with Kafka, and CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory/Nexus. In addition to the primary requirements, experience with tools and libraries from the Hadoop ecosystem and familiarity with healthcare industry standards like HIPAA and HITRUST security requirements will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.,
