Associate Technical Architect (BigData) || Immediate joiner

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in Big Data technologies and AWS Cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Python, PySpark, Spark, Hive, AWS EMR, and AWS Glue. This role requires strong leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on technical proficiency.

Multiple Location - Indore/Pune/Hyderabad/Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end Big Data solutions on AWS Cloud
• Lead development of scalable data pipelines using PySpark, Spark, and Hive
• Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of data processing on AWS EMR and Glue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all data platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools for data engineering

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark
• In-depth knowledge of Apache Spark and Hive
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EMR, Glue, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation
• Proven experience designing distributed data processing systems
• Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in cloud environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification
• Experience with additional Big Data tools such as Kafka, Airflow, or Snowflake
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to microservices architecture and RESTful API design
