Lead the Test Ops team and oversee all testing activities for the migration project.
Define the testing strategy, scope, and timelines for the project.
Define and implement Migration Validation Strategy
Ensure that all test cases are automated wherever possible.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
Monitor the progress of testing activities and provide regular updates to management.
Identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira).
Extensive experience in testing and automation for large-scale projects.
Deep understanding of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of risk-based testing and prioritization.
Experience in migration projects (e.g., vSphere to OpenShift) is a plus.
