Associate Technical Analyst (Asset Management)

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal, following company policies and industry standards. - Maintain precise records of IT assets using tools like ServiceNow or similar asset management platforms. - Supervise inventory to monitor quantities, locations, and statuses of devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile equipment. - Generate regular reports on asset inventory, procurement status, and lifecycle metrics using advanced Excel functions like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and formulas. - Perform periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and collection of IT assets. - Support asset deployment to end users and oversee proper disposal or recycling of retired devices. - Collaborate with IT support teams to address hardware-related issues, including failures, replacements, and repairs. - Ensure adherence to ITIL standards, especially in asset and configuration management. - Provide timely documentation and reporting for stakeholders and audits. Qualifications Required: - Associate Technical Analyst (ATA) with a minimum of 3 years in IT Asset Management and experience in Disposal Lifecycle Management (DLM). - Education background in BE, BCA, BSc, or BCom.
