Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Tech Specialist with 4-8 years of experience to contribute to a project on a given technology or domain, staying updated with developments in that technology or domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing systems and assessing the effectiveness of technology resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Contribute to a project on a given technology or domain, staying updated with developments in that technology or domain.
Support the evaluation of the impact of technology on existing technology and systems.
Design systems and assess their effectiveness.
Work on the impact of changes and modifications to systems.
Optimize, validate, and approve technology application to customer products.
Guide technical teams through project implementation phases.
Perform activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management, including re-use, accuracy, and efficiency.
Promote team work, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of relevant customer technical requirements, processes, procedures, limitations, and constraints.
Ability to work with project teams to identify and harness technical resources and capabilities required to deliver production and quality metrics as defined by customers.
Experience in providing application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.
Strong communication and mentoring skills to promote team work and develop subordinates.
Ability to stay updated with developments in a given technology or domain.
