Associate Team Lead - Full Stack

As a Digital Transformation Service provider serving the US market, you will be part of a team of 60+ passionate engineers and designers at Crownstack. Our company fosters an engineering-driven, people-centric culture focused on clean coding and intuitive user experiences, resulting in impressive growth over the years. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write optimized code in Python and utilize frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI - Develop code using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS libraries like Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap - Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies - Work closely with Product Owner/Manager and scrum team to deliver high-quality features within agreed timescales - Identify areas for code modification or refactoring and drive their improvement - Coordinate with clients directly on various project aspects - Maintain best coding practices within the team - Conduct client interviews for new projects **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of development experience - Proven track record in delivering high-quality projects in an agile environment - Experience in building, mentoring, and managing efficient development teams - Strong proficiency in Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI - Experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL - Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS libraries - Familiarity with modern source control systems like Git, Bitbucket - Implementation of Agile, Scrum, TDD practices - Knowledge and experience in implementing Generative AI solutions - Strong skills in designing, extending, and implementing REST or GraphQL APIs - Experience in deploying full-stack applications on virtual machines, EC2, or Serverless - Strong Database Design Experience - Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure - Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes **Good To Have:** - Experience in building serverless applications using Python with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions - Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices - Experience with Testing Tools such as Mocha, Chai, Sinon, etc. - Knowledge of SonarQube and clean code best practices - Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle,
