Associate - Talent Acquisition

What will you do as an Associate - Talent Acquisition :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles across all departments
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and past applicants to create a robust talent pipeline
• Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
• Prepare offer letters, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  

What are we looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring
• Proven ability to source, attract, and hire diverse talent using multiple platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience in creating and implementing recruitment policies and procedures
• Knowledge of best practices for background checks and reference verification
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
