Job Description

Associate Systems Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirements Documentation:

    You'll collaborate with business partners and the product team to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into

    user stories

    and

    epics

    . You'll also create and update technical documents like

    SOPs

    and design documents.
  • Process & System Analysis:

    You'll develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current processes and identify inefficiencies. You'll also troubleshoot and resolve defects, integration errors, and reporting issues within the learning management system.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:

    You'll assist in creating test cases and test plans to ensure solutions meet both business and

    GxP

    regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration:

    You'll collaborate with

    IT

    ,

    HR

    , and other groups to ensure the smooth operation of learning systems and integrated applications.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science,

    IT

    , or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies, specifically in

    Human Resources

    and

    Learning & Development

    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and fix complex system and data issues.
  • Experience with

    HR Learning platforms

    like

    SumTotal, Workday

    , or

    Cornerstone

    is a plus.
  • Experience with validated

    GxP

    systems (

    21 CFR Part 11

    ) and tools such as

    ALM

    or

    Veeva Vault Controlled Documents

    is a plus.
  • SAFe - DevOps Practitioner

    or

    SAFe for Teams

    certification is preferred.
