Senior Associate IS Architect, Finance

In this vital role, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team, driving innovation in a highly integrated Financial Planning landscape. You will own and support Amgen's Corporate Planning and Consolidation system. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, Finance, or Accounting, with a strong curiosity for tech. You will support and enhance Hyperion applications, lead small engagements, and contribute thought leadership to the evolution of our Enterprise Planning platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Hyperion Application Support:

  Support and enhance

  Hyperion

  applications, including building and validating master data, business rules and calculations, forms, security, and performance optimization.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

  Work directly with the architect and product owner to understand and prioritize application focus and operations. You will also independently lead small engagements with key business stakeholders.

• Strategic Contribution:

  Contribute thought leadership to the development of roadmaps and the evolution of our Enterprise Planning platform.

• Documentation & Enablement:

  Maintain

  SDLC

  documentation and support user enablement and training to help them achieve self-reliance.

Technical Skills

• Demonstrable experience implementing and supporting at least one Planning solution in

  Hyperion

  (preferred) or similar

  EPM Tools

  (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, SAP BPC, or TM1).
• Experience with

  EPM Automate

  and Windows & Unix automation scripts implementation.
• Demonstrable experience working in cross-functional

  Agile DevOps

  teams.
• Experience with

  Tableau

  is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform.
• Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree with experience, a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Oracle Hyperion Planning Implementation Specialist

  certification is preferred.

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams

  certification is preferred.
