Job Description

Software Program Analyst - Salesforce

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Development & Enhancement:

    Support, monitor, maintain, and enhance existing business solutions using the

    Salesforce

    platform. This includes implementing automation solutions using

    Flow Builder, Apex triggers, and Workflow Rules

    .
  • Configuration & Security:

    Implement and manage

    Salesforce security models

    , including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
  • Deployment & Integration:

    Deploy code from sandbox to production environments using

    Salesforce Deployment Tools

    (Copado/Salesforce CLI). Work on integrating Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:

    Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications to ensure they operate smoothly.
  • Documentation & Analysis:

    Maintain detailed documentation of software designs and development processes. Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into design specifications.
  • Methodologies:

    Work in a

    DevOps

    environment and follow

    Agile/Scrum

    methodologies to deliver and maintain solutions.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree with experience, a Bachelor's degree with more extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing and integrating

    SFDC applications

    .
  • Experience maintaining

    SaaS

    and

    COTS

    solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems, network technologies, and software development methodologies.
  • SAFe for Teams

    and

    Salesforce Administrator

    certifications are preferred.
