Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to large and critical enterprises. Your role will involve experience in enterprise Servers & network implementation, Configuration Troubleshooting, and monitoring. You should be familiar with networking devices such as Switches and Wi-Fi routers. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting and installation, basic network troubleshooting, and network printer installation. Additionally, you will be providing Technical Network Support and Maintenance, handling software installation and upgradation, and having awareness about Computer hardware. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining 150 computers LAN Network - Maintaining backup of OS and knowing how to take backup and restore OS - Installing OS (Windows, Ubuntu, Linux) and repairing OS - Troubleshooting Windows (Win7, 8, 10) and Ubuntu - Configuring Outlook and Thunderbird - Assigning user rights - Maintaining backup of users" data - Familiarity with EPBX - Working efficiently under pressure Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - Any Graduate degree - Commitment to professionalism, highly organized, and ability to work under strict deadline schedules Please note that this job also requires you to be committed to professionalism, highly organized, and capable of working under strict deadline schedules.,
