As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to large and critical enterprises. Your primary duties will include enterprise servers and network implementation, configuration troubleshooting, and monitoring. You should be familiar with networking devices such as switches and Wi-Fi routers, and be proficient in troubleshooting and installation tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to handle basic network troubleshooting, network printer installation, software installation and upgrades, and have a good understanding of computer hardware. You must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, be highly organized, and work effectively under strict deadline schedules. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a LAN network with 150 computers, ensuring backups of operating systems are taken and restored efficiently. You will be involved in the installation and repair of operating systems such as Windows, Ubuntu, and Linux, as well as troubleshooting Windows (Win7, 8, 10) and Ubuntu issues. Furthermore, you will be required to configure Outlook and Thunderbird, assign user rights, maintain backups of users" data, and be familiar with EPBX systems. The ability to work under pressure and effectively manage technical network support and maintenance tasks is essential for this role.,

You will be responsible for installing and maintaining all server hardware and software systems, as well as administering server performance to ensure availability. Your duties will include maintaining system backups, assisting in restoration procedures, and providing necessary training to users. Additionally, you will design and maintain system tools for scripts and automation processes, monitor capacity planning, and integrate required software across various technologies. In this role, you will be required to evaluate documents based on system requirements, design and conduct tests on development activities, and manage complex methodologies. You will also develop an infrastructure to support business requirements, troubleshoot system issues regularly, and monitor the availability of server resources on a daily basis, specifically focusing on Linux servers. Also, PMP or ITIL certification will be an advantage. Job Description: As part of Solution Architecturing Team (SAT), IT Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for design and delivery of end to end IT Infrastructure solutions for clients from across business verticals. Responsibilities will include: -Design of IT infrastructure solutions - develop technology strategy with logical and physical designs to meet client requirements, using standard architecture methodologies. -Handle multiple infrastructure technologies based on project requirements -Preparation of bill of material, technical write-ups for solutions developed -Documentation of architecture design to various levels of details -Work at CxO level executives to capture of client technical requirements /articulate the solution. Detailed briefing with presentations for larger client audience -Work as an individual contributor. -Ensure delivery of the infrastructure solutions designed as per scope & project timelines, through right set of internal/external partners.
