Programming, integration and deployment of web-based surveys for clients and internal teams, including:
• Review of client-provided and internally developed questionnaires
• Survey scripting • Quality Assurance of programmed surveys
• Proactively communicating and resolving any issues to the Project Manager
• Willingness to support team
• Hands-on survey programming experience on Decipher
• Knowledge in SurveyGizmo (i.e. Alchemer) would be an added advantage
• Decent understanding of various survey programming logical constructs, syntaxes and semantics
• Proven track record in programming surveys in the Healthcare and Consumer vertical
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under strict deadlines
