Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida, India for a Sales Executive – Student Accommodation.

In this role, you will assist students in booking verified accommodations abroad by understanding their requirements, sharing suitable housing options, and guiding them throughout the booking journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound student leads and conducting consultations to understand their budget, preferences, and location needs
  • Sharing curated accommodation options using Admistay’s listings and partner networks
  • Educating students about rent details, amenities, contracts, and booking procedures
  • Maintaining consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
  • Coordinating with international housing partners to confirm bookings
  • Ensuring students receive complete support—from inquiry to move-in
  • Meeting monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Keeping CRM systems updated with student interactions and progress

This role is highly student-facing and ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people while driving results.


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales, tele-sales, B2C sales, or counseling preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand student needs and recommend the right housing solutions
  • Good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with students and property partners
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in international education, student accommodation, or service-based sales is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office usage
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple conversations
